Name of referring player must be entered in Comments section of the on-line Registration Form.
A player can only receive up to $50.00 total rebate for registration.

Port Moody Lacrosse can only accept registrations online with payment via PayPal.
If you are unable to pay by PayPal or are paying via KidSport please contact the PMLA Registrar,
Megan Krempel, at  DO NOT register online at this time!

Special Notes

  • A player is not registered until a completed registration form is received and payment is received in full.
  • Registrants must fill in all names, addresses, phone numbers (including cellular phone numbers) and e-mail addresses for all parents/guardians so that the PMLA can compile a comprehensive list of PMLA voting members and important notices can be sent out as they arise.
  • If you have more than two children registered in PMLA, the two oldest children are regular price and each additional child is 50% off.
  • RETURNING players' (as per BCLA policy) birth certificate numbers will now be a mandatory field in the online registration process.
  • NEW players will need to either scan or attach a photocopy of player’s birth certificate (BCLA needs to keep this on file) and a photocopy of player's proof of residency (hydro, gas or other utility bill) to be e-mail to the PMLA Registrar, Megan Krempel, at or mail/drop-off copies of the additional paperwork to #39, 795 Noons Creek Drive, Port Moody, V3H 4V4.
  • Players in each division will be entered on a wait list in the sequence of registration.  Returning players will have their place reserved until January 15, 2018 after which time they will automatically go to the top of the waiting list upon their registration.
  • When enough players in a division register to create a team, a new waiting list will be formed in hopes that enough players register to complete a second team and so on.  If multiple teams are formed in a division, the final team composition will be determined through tryouts.  If this is the case, players will be notified by the Registrar upon registration.
  • The maximum number of players and goalies for one team is set by the BCLA.
  • In addition to registration fees collected by the PMLA, the team manager will be responsible for collecting jersey deposit cheques of $75.00 post-dated to August 1, 2018 along with team fees for tournaments and other team events.
  • Westhill Box "Rust Removal" Sessions begin January 10, 2018.  Notification of locations and times for each division will be posted on our home page for details.

If you have any questions regarding the registration process, please contact the PMLA Registrar, Megan Krempel, at

The Season

The typical spring schedule for box lacrosse is approximately 20 games. It starts mid-April and ends at the end of June. A week is made up of one practice and up to two games, with some travel due to away games in other cities across the Lower Mainland. Practice, game days, and times depend on the team to which your child is assigned.  Please note that Mini-Tyke and Tyke teams play “in-house” and may only travel as far as Port Coquitlam and Coquitlam for their away games.
