New  Player Evaluations

In an effort to assist families with 2019 Spring Break planning, PMLA Evaluations for Tyke, Novice and Peewee divisions will again be held prior to Spring Break.

Spring Break this year is from Saturday March 16th to Sunday March 31st.  The annual Ice Breaker exhibition game is Sunday April 7th with the regular season starting the next day.

PMLA has posted the times and formats for each division on our Player Evaluation Policy Page.  Please note that all sessions are being held at Westhill Lacrosse Box, 203 Westhill Place, Port Moody.

Westhill Box Winter Rust Removal Sessions

During the winter months from January to March, the Port Moody Lacrosse Association holds 1 - 1¼ hour sessions for each of our playing age groups from Novice to Midget.  These sessions are run by our Port Moody team coaches and are meant to be fun sessions held during the off season to continue the development of our players.  The session costs are paid by the Association and attendance is voluntary, but definitely encouraged.  To view the schedule of sessions, visit our Events Calendar Page.

Come out, work out and have some fun along the way!
